The audio universe option totally changes the vibe depending on my mood, and the red lights keep me spinning around so much I actually break a sweat. It's a solid workout disguised as a game, and my kids beg to play it every afternoon.
The red light targets pop up from every direction, so you're constantly spinning and diving—my heart rate was up after one round. The friendly targets add a nice twist, making you think twice before firing at everything that glows.
The audio universe setting completely changes the vibe—I switched to the warzone track and felt like I was actually in the field dodging friendly fire. Standing in the center and spinning around to hit the red lights while ignoring the green ones gets my heart rate up every single session.
