I've been kicking this thing around my living room for a week now, and my coordination has actually improved without me even trying. The knitted material gives it just enough grip so it doesn't slip when you're doing quick toe taps or knee bounces.

The knitted fabric is soft enough that I don't mind kicking it barefoot in the yard, and it handles surprisingly well for quick reflex drills. My coordination has definitely sharpened since I started using it for a few minutes each evening.
