My nephew claimed this before I could even test it out myself, and honestly, the 7-inch size is perfect for a kid's hands. The plastic bowls click together in a way that's oddly satisfying to twist and bend. He's been carrying the bug around for two days straight, which is a record.
The joints on this thing move so smoothly that I keep picking it up during meetings without even realizing it. It’s a solid 7 inches, so it really fills your hand and makes a satisfying click-clack as you wiggle it.
My desk has been way more entertaining since this guy showed up—the jointed segments click satisfyingly as you bend them, and it's surprisingly hefty for a fidget. It's 7 inches of pure distraction, and the random color I got is a cheerful orange that stands out in my workspace.
